向主机侦探求助,多方查找,发现有很多会员和我一样,证实今天下午开始Godaddy支付宝因未授权被切断使用. 据了解,Godaddy在美国是通过另一个第3方银行支付平台里的支付宝通道来使用的.  所以有可能与VISA争端有关,(近期VISA国际组织向全球会员银行发函，要求中国境内发行的4字头双币种银行卡在境外使用时不得走中国银联的清算通道，违者将被处以罚款。)
